We’ve partnered with the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) a non-profit that advocates for better in-flight experiences for travelers, so you can provide feedback on your flight right from the TripIt app.
When you rate your flight within the TripIt app, your anonymous feedback will be shared with APEX, which will use those insights to help determine how satisfied travelers are with the airlines they fly. Those findings will be shared with APEX airlines members to help improve the in-flight experience. The airlines that receive four or five stars will be honored annually by APEX, so you can see the airlines that are delivering best in class service.
Our mission is to make life easier for travelers, and we think a great in-flight experience is part of that. Our partnership with APEX empowers travelers to help shape future in-flight experiences.
After your flight*, open your TripIt app, and we’ll ask you how your overall in-flight experience was, as well as ask for your thoughts on these five sub-categories:

- Food and Beverage
