I have a few favorite vacations - All for different foods: Sante Fe, New Mexico: Who does not love peppers in every meal? Negril, Jamaica: The best jerk / barbecue sauces. Cusco, Peru: Amazing empanadas and ceviche. Nassau, Bahamas: Freshest fish (you only need to walk 4 feet into the Caribbean to start swimming among schools). Other things I did on these trips: hike, swim, cliff jump, drink (preferably a local beer), and explore as much landscape of each area as possible. Next on my vacation checklist: 1. Italy (obvious reasons), and 2. Argentina (what I assume will be the best steak I will ever have).
