Maps are the most useful apps for me and hubby. In fact we have several map apps installed in our smartphones and tablets. 

I wonder what's the main difference between this and google maps.

Android application is capturing the all over the market, it's a nice application which is easy to navigate and very used friendly.

I am using the free version of it and want to say its far easy and advanced as compared to the others.

yes Google map is really a nice invention. Through which you can view the exact location for your destination.

Like you, when I'm actually on Google+, I often feel a bit lost (though huddle is really great). However, the concept makes sense--it's not really an antidote to fbook, but it feels like one.

I cant create any more trips using trip it unless i see past trips on windows or iphone

I like tripit very much and have used it and recommended it to others over the years as the best program but your pro version is too expensive especially when there are a lot of other free solutions on the web, not quiet as convenient but better cost/value. I travel a lot and use the free version along with others.
