New TripIt Groups Helps Business Travelers Connect

We hear from a lot of people about how TripIt’s Itinerator, calendar feeds, and mobile apps have streamlined their business travel. Today we’re excited to announce the launch of TripIt Groups- a new, free, opt-in service from Tripit that helps business travelers and their colleagues get even more from their travel.
We started by trying to answer a simple question – where is my team today? – and expanded to help companies answer other common questions like these:
  • I’m heading to our Chicago office next week, who else will be there?
  • With that big storm, how many people do we have traveling on the East coast today?
  • Could we reduce some travel by waiting to meet the next time all our travel plans overlap?
You can join your company’s group on TripIt and instantly see your colleagues on the company travel map. Please note that you can only join your company’s group if you have a valid company email address.
